Nicole, PhD, DNM, LMT is a holistic health expert with over 20 years of experience in integrative medicine and wellness education. She specializes in bodywork, detox support, and holistic consultations, blending clinical expertise with a compassionate, whole-body approach. Nicole has worked with elite athletes and corporate wellness programs and is known for making complex health concepts easy to understand—empowering clients to support their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

“Lili” Licensed Massage Therapist

With a passion for holistic wellness, Lili combines skill and care to create customized treatments for each client. She is trained in Swedish, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, as well as cupping, reflexology, hot stone, sports massage, body wraps, and scrubs. Her goal is to leave every client feeling relaxed, revitalized, and balanced—both in body and mind.

Jay was born and raised in Florida. She graduated from Health Career College from the EMT program and attended Medical Institute of Palm Beach completing the Massage Therapy program in 2020. With a passion for helping others and a broad understanding of human anatomy and physiology, Jay specializes in therapeutic massage, Swedish, prenatal, and cupping. Jay believes massage plays a crucial role in supporting your physical health and mental clarity.

Joanna has been a licensed massage therapist since 2004 and has worked in physical therapy, chiropractic and spa settings. In 2005, Debora began her yoga training in the United States with the goals of losing weight, relieving chronic neck and back pain, and improving her overall health and lifestyle. In 2009, she expanded her expertise to include massage therapy, offering practical experience in techniques such as Ayurvedic massage, trigger point therapy, lymphatic drainage, and sports massage—skills she refined through training in India, Thailand, Australia, and Brazil.

In 2005 Debora Souza began her training of Yoga in the United States with the goals of weight loss, combating chronic neck and back pain and improvement of overall health and lifestyle, combined in 2009 with Massage Therapy she offers practical experience using techniques such as Ayurvedic, Trigger points, Lymphatic drainage, Sports massage she learned in India, Thailand, Australia and Brazil.

Michele is both a licensed Esthetician and Massage Therapist with over 28 years of combined experience. As an esthetician she is trained and experienced in Derma-planing, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing services , lash and brow tinting and shaping. As a Massage therapist she is experienced in various modalities such as deep tissue, trigger point, MFR , Swe-Thai, reflexology, sports deep tissue, therapeutic Swedish, and prenatal massages.

Heather’s adventure in massage and bodywork began in 2001 when she attended Educating Hands school of massage in Miami, Florida. Her focus is on helping clients relax while therapeutically applying different techniques to bring healing and restoration. She is the true definition of the spa experience!

“CD” Licensed Massage Therapist

Ultimate relaxation with healing hands. A therapist since 2000, her focus is helping Baby Boomers through the aging process by use of the modern techniques of PEMF and microcurrent to bring up blood flow, along with hot stones and cupping, if needed.
